Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks a Construction Change Manager to oversee change management across the lifecycle of infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with project controls, engineering, procurement, and field teams to document, evaluate, approve, and implement changes with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction related field and 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing changes on major construction or capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, change orders, variations, and commercial processes.
• Experience evaluating cost and schedule impacts of construction changes.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Change Management and Change Control procedures.
• Maintain a Change Register for all project changes and track approvals.
• Coordinate change impact assessments on cost, schedule, scope, and design.
• Manage change orders and variations with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure proper documentation and governance of changes.
