Job summary

Septon Development Group is seeking a Working Assistant Superintendent based in the Greater Phoenix, AZ area. The role reports to the Superintendent and coordinates with Project Managers and Ownership across multiple projects. Extensive travel is required to support a traveling operation.

Candidates must have construction experience (carpentry, framing, millwork, drywall), blueprint reading skills, OSHA 10, and proficiency with Procore and Office 365. A clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience performing construction tasks including carpentry, millwork, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall.
• Ability to direct temporary labor and meet deadlines.
• Must read blueprints and document daily logs with Procore and email via Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Follow Septon Development Group core values and OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate and direct temporary staff on job sites; manage schedules.
• Maintain company vehicle or report status; ensure vehicles are serviced.
• Enter accurate Procore logs and upload project photos daily.
• Communicate effectively with office, superintendents, and temp agencies.
