• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Retail and restaurant construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Strong leadership and budget management.
• Willingness to travel extensively to job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage field staff to complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Oversee all construction phases from planning to closeout.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards on site.
