Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a hands-on construction field technician/laborer to support daily tasks on site. You will assist with concrete repair, rebar work, and post-tensioning-related activities, under supervision, while ensuring safety and quality at each project.

Role requires reading and speaking English, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work 40+ hours per week. On-site work in Texas with potential travel to multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Focused on safety in all situations and environments.
• Comfortable with the use of standard PPE at construction sites.
• Able to read and speak English; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week; transportation required.
• Prior post-tensioning knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Foreman/Superintendent to execute daily tasks.
• Perform general concrete repair, rebar installation, carpentry, and concrete pours.
• Operate power-tools and assist with post-tension repair and stressing.
• Travel between projects as needed.
