Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES, the in-house engineering and specialty contracting arm of Structural Group, is hiring a field technician in Fort Worth, TX. You will support Foreman in daily tasks, perform concrete repairs, post-tension work, and operate power tools on active construction sites.

Candidates should be safety-focused, able to read English, and willing to travel between projects. Prior post-tensioning experience is a plus but not required; bilingual Spanish/English may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as construction field technician or laborer.
• Comfortable working at construction sites and outdoors.
• Willing to travel between projects and read English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman/Superintendent to execute daily tasks.
• Perform general concrete repair (demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, pours, finishing).
• Operate power-tools (rotary hammers, chipping hammers, hammer drills).
• Perform post-tension repair and rebar/post-tension installation and stressing.
• Independently travel between projects.
