Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES seeks skilled construction field technicians and laborers to support concrete repair, formwork, and finishing across multiple projects. You will work on post-tensioning systems, rebar placement, and related duties in both new construction and existing buildings.

The role demands reading English, safety focus, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Travel up to 85% and valid transportation are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experienced construction field technicians / laborers.
• Experience in concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting and placement of rebar and post-tensioning systems.
• Able to read and speak English; Spanish is a plus.
• Safety-oriented and team-oriented with a proactive, professional attitude.
• Travel up to 85% out-of-town travel.
• Must provide own transportation and pass DMV record screening.
• Manlift & Forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construction duties include: Concrete/post-tension repair.
• Rebar/post-tension installation and stressing; new construction and existing structures.
• Working at heights; formwork/carpentry/finishing; grouting and placement of rebar.
