Lithko Contracting, LLC. is hiring a Traveling Project Manager for our Travel Team. The role involves developing accurate estimates, sharing project information with stakeholders, and managing project administration with travel required for 6–12 months per project.

The position demands experience in project management and concrete contracting, with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-performing experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial concrete.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify concrete scope items and develop project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up jobs including contract review, cost codes, and budgets.
• Produce and communicate project information and preliminary schedules.
• Organize log sets for MPOs and POs.
