Job summary

Lithko Contracting LLC is seeking a Traveling Project Manager for our Travel Team. You will develop accurate estimates, share project information with stakeholders, and manage project administration.

Expect to spend 6 months to a year on each project with travel required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project management and estimating experience for large-scale concrete contracting, plus self-performing concrete experience and a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• ,5+ years of project management and estimating experience in large-scale GC or concrete contracting.
• Self-performing concrete experience required.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial concrete projects over $1M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and shape project strategy.
• Create customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up project contracts, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Produce timely project information and schedules.
• Organize log sets for MPOs and POs.
• Perform organized project takeoffs.
• Coordinate with Project Lead to develop an accurate project plan.
• Communicate project information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports to align costs with budget.
• Create change orders to meet customer expectations.
• Execute detailed project closeout.
