Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years of project management and estimating experience.
• Self-performing concrete experience required.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial concrete projects (> $1M).

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates.
• Develop and share project information with stakeholders.
• Create a preliminary schedule and budget.
• Manage project setup, cost codes, and initial contracts.
• Prepare daily cost reports and project closeout.
