Job summary

Responsibilities include detailed estimating, creating proposals and schedules, project setup, budgets, and closeouts. Must have self-performing concrete experience, strong MS Office skills, and experience on large commercial/industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of project management and estimating experience.
• Experience in self-perform concrete work is required.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial concrete projects over $1M.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and bid/proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items; contribute to project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Handle project setup, contracts, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.
• Produce and communicate project information to stakeholders and team.
• Create preliminary project schedules and organize log sets for MPOs/POs.
• Maintain takeoffs, coordinate with Project Lead, and develop accurate project plans.
• Prepare daily job cost reports to align costs with budget.
• Execute detailed project closeouts and communicate results to all parties.
