Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and/or assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to elevations and may aid reinforcing steel installation.
• Set and erect forms using various materials and forming systems.
• Verify accuracy with plumb bob, level, laser or transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for elevated work.
• Communicate with Foreman or Project Manager about problems or safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placing concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
