Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and prints for concrete work.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete components.
• Set forms to elevations and locations and assist with reinforcing steel.
• Set and erect forms using various materials and systems.
• Verify structures with plumb bob, level, laser, or transit.
• Set up scaffolding and ladders for elevated work.
• Communicate safety issues and material needs with supervisors.
• Ensure equipment safety and proper operation.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
