Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete floors, slabs, walls, and columns.
• Set and place forms to proper elevations; assist with reinforcing steel as needed.
• Erect forms using various materials and forming systems (notably symon forms).
• Verify structural accuracy with plumb bob, level, laser, or transit.
• Assist with placing concrete as required and help signal truck positioning.
