B&B Concrete in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Commercial Concrete Finisher responsible for prepping, pouring, placing, and finishing concrete. You will erect and set forms for foundations, floors, and structures, including tilt-wall and other cast‑in‑place forms, following drawings and specifications.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork; you will read prints, help place reinforcing, and coordinate with foremen to ensure timely, quality pours and compliant site operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to proper elevations and may aid reinforcing steel installation.
• Observe safety policies and guidelines on site.

Responsabilités

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble forms for concrete floors, slabs, walls, columns, tilt-walls, elevated slabs, and cores.
• Set and place forms to proper elevations and locations; assist with reinforcing steel.
• Set and erect forms using various materials and forming systems.
• Verify accuracy with plumb bob, level, laser, or transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for work at height.
• Communicate with Foreman, Riding Boss, or Project Manager about problems, materials, or safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
