• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and/or assemble wood or metal forms for concrete floors, slabs, walls, columns, tilt-walls, elevated slabs, cores, stairs.
• Set and place forms to elevations and locations; may aid in reinforcing steel placement.
• Set and erect forms using a variety of materials and forming systems, primarily symon forms.
• Verify accuracy of structures using plumb bob, carpenter level, laser or digital transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level.
• Communicate with Foreman, Riding Boss, or Project Manager about problems, materials, or safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
