Job summary

B&B Concrete in Springfield, MO is seeking a dedicated Concrete Carpenter to perform form work and tilt-up panel construction under a Foreman. You will work with a crew, handle concrete forms, anchor bolts, and embedded items while maintaining accuracy and safety on site.

Candidates should read blueprints, lift heavy materials, and supply basic hand tools. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends if needed.
• Able to provide basic hand tools for carpentry.
• OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble tilt up panels.
• Able to form footings, column pads and other structural concrete.
• Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts and lifting hardware.
• Assist with layout as needed.
• Strip forms after panels are poured.
• Maintain and keep track of tools.
