Job summary

B&B Concrete in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a skilled concrete carpenter to join our field crew. You will read drawings, set forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings and site work under the direction of a Foreman.

This role requires attention to detail and teamwork to ensure successful project completion. The candidate will fabricate tilt-up panels, form footings and column pads, install embedded items, assist with layout, strip forms after pours, and maintain tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Physical strength and stamina for carpentry tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to work weekends.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble tilt up panels.
• Able to form footings, column pads and other structural concrete.
• Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts and lifting hardware.
• Assist with layout as needed.
• Strip forms after panels are poured.
• Maintain and keep track of tools.
