Jobot is seeking a Traveling Commercial Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial buildouts nationwide. This role requires returning to sites across the country and managing multiple trades on long-term projects with strong leadership and communication skills.

The position offers hourly pay in the $40-$50 range, overtime opportunities, per diem, and company-paid travel and lodging. A long-term project pipeline and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial tenant improvements, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or large commercial renovations.
• Ability to lead multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, OSHA regulations, and quality control.
• Comfortable traveling full-time for long-term assignments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency reading construction drawings and specifications.

Job Details

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
