Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day execution on-site while ensuring safety, schedule, and quality expectations are met.

You’ll serve as the field leader, coordinating all trades, working closely with ownership and design teams, and keeping projects moving forward without friction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Experience leading large, complex ground-up projects.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination.
• Experience working with owners, A/E teams, subs, inspectors.
• Ability to lead teams in union or multi-trade environments.

Job Details
