Job summary

Nations Roof is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Traveling Superintendent to oversee project installation from start to finish. Traveling 100% of the time, you will lead on-site crews, read blueprints, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites in the U.S.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of roofing experience, bilingual Spanish/English preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial roofing installation experience.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for projects.
• Maintain communication with clients and project contacts regarding scheduling and progress.
• Verify material deliveries and inventory at job sites.
• Conduct safety oversight and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Complete project closeout documents and assist with quality control.
