Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to plan, organize and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews, designate material staging areas and ensure roofing installations meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Requirements include 3–5 years in construction management (superintendent), 2–3 years in roofing, fluent English, a valid Driver's License, and 100% travel willingness. Competitive salary and best-in-class benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Roofing Industry.
• Must speak English fluently; Spanish/Vietnamese a plus.
• Driver's License required.
• 100% Travel required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Designate material staging areas.
• Oversee and train personnel in roofing system installation.
• Manage crew scheduling and resolve issues.
• Ensure roofing systems are installed safely and cost-effectively with high quality.
