TRICO Companies, LLC is seeking a full time Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. This traveling field position supports TRICO project sites, with assignments varying by active project needs.

New hire and trainings are based out of Burlington, Washington, with travel to Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Arizona, and other states as project needs arise. The role leads safe, high quality field execution, directing self perform and subcontracted work, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing self-perform concrete, carpentry, and PEMB scopes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobsites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other construction technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and enforce project safety plans across crews and subcontractors.
• Develop and execute project schedules, sequencing, and logistics with the Project Manager.
• Oversee self-perform concrete, carpentry, and PEMB operations per contract and quality standards.
• Set quality expectations and inspect work for compliance with plans and TRICO standards.
• Manage labor productivity, budgets, and cost reports to protect profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractor performance and material deliveries with project partners.
• Lead foremen and crews, mentoring performance and development.
• Maintain strong client relationships and detailed project diaries for issue resolution.
