TRICO Companies, LLC seeks an experienced Civil Foreman to lead day‑to‑day field operations on civil projects in Washington. You will direct crews and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, and quality targets while coordinating with the Civil Superintendent and project management team.

The role requires strong leadership, plan-reading ability, and a commitment to TRICO’s safety and performance standards. Expect field execution, documentation, and collaboration with multiple trades on site.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman managing underground utility installation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for directing crews and subcontractors.
• Commitment to safety and quality with ability to read plans and specs (drawings).

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily field activities of crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and sketches; inspect work for TRICO standards.
• Submit daily field reports and timecards with accurate coding.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching, and feedback to TRICO craft employees.
• Coordinate with project team to address deficiencies and changes.
