Job summary

TRICO Companies, LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team in Burlington, WA. The role leads on-site execution, manages safety, schedule, quality, and cost across projects, and serves as the primary field representative to clients and partners.

The position requires robust leadership of self-perform crews and subcontractors, strong knowledge of concrete, carpentry, and PEMB, and a proven track record in commercial or industrial construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing self perform concrete, carpentry, and PEMB scopes.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to jobsites as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other construction technology and project management tools.
• Preferred: Autodesk Build, Track, OPC compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce project specific safety plans and culture.
• Develop and execute project schedules, sequencing, and logistics plans.
• Lead self-perform concrete, carpentry, and PEMB operations.
• Set quality expectations and inspect for compliance with plans and standards.
• Own jobsite profitability by managing labor productivity and costs.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and schedule material deliveries.
• Mentor foremen and crews and support performance development.
• Maintain strong client relations and daily project diary.
