Job summary

Productivity Inc. is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to service CNC metalworking equipment across the Twin Cities metro and South Central Minnesota. You will travel to customer sites to perform scheduled maintenance and ensure peak machine performance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical and mechanical systems, replacing parts, testing, and documenting work. Company vehicle and equipment are provided; see growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with CNC machinery.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Technical training or certification in mechatronics or electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machine tools and related equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Identify and replace parts, test functionality, and adjust as needed.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
• Other duties as required.
