Job summary

Productivity Inc. is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to cover the Twin Cities metro area and South Central Minnesota.

You will travel to customer sites across southern Minnesota and northern Iowa to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC metalworking equipment, ensuring machines operate at peak performance. The role requires 1+ year of CNC experience, trouble shooting across hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic and software systems, with up to 50% travel and a company vehicle

Qualifications

1+ years of experience with CNC machinery.
Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro‑mechanical systems, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and metal-cutting equipment at customer locations.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Identify and replace parts, test functionality, and adjust as needed.
Complete and submit paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
