Productivity Inc. is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to service CNC machine tools across the Twin Cities metro area and South Central Minnesota. You will travel to customer sites to perform scheduled preventive maintenance, ensuring machines operate at peak performance and reliability.

The role features full-time hours, field-based work, and extensive on-the-job training. You will join a dedicated team of technical experts providing support and a company vehicle for travel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CNC machinery experience.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance.
• Willingness to travel 50% with company vehicle provided.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machine tools and other metal-cutting equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Identify and replace necessary parts, test functionality, and make adjustments.
• Complete and submit paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
