Job summary

Quality Staffing is seeking a traveling CNA for a contract position in Vermont. You will provide patient care, assist with ADLs, and support clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont CNA license is required.
• Strong communication with residents, nurses and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assists with ADLs including meals, feeding, ambulation, turning and positioning.
• Administers physical care (baths, hair/oal care, back care, elimination care).
• Handles admission, discharge and transfer of patients.
• Measurs and records vital signs, weight, intake and output.

Qualifications for CNA:

• Current unencumbered State of Vermont CNA License


• Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Nurse(s) and Staff

Responsibilities for CNA:

• Provides for ADL’s by assisting with serving meals and feeding patients as necessary, ambulating, turning, and positioning patients


• Administration of physical care i.e., baths, hair care, oral care, back care, elimination care, etc.


• Admission, discharge, and transfer of patients


• Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output information


• Perform routine perineal area and incontinence care


• Observe and report any changes in patient's general condition


• Maintain a neat and safe patient environment


• Complete documentation daily and accurately on required forms


• Flexibility in accepting different assignments
