Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years civil construction leadership experience.
• Must have Transmission and Distribution project experience.
• Must hold a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total field construction activities for the project, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Supervise field crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage materials and equipment.
• Review drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and ensure adherence to project specs.
• Approve field design changes and purchase requisitions with supervision.
• Interface with client and design teams to facilitate project execution.
• Develop procedures, work documents, and standards with project management.
