Job summary

Aspen Group seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead field construction on church projects, overseeing renovations, additions, and new facilities across multiple regions. You will partner with design/build teams, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, ensure safety, and uphold quality on projects typically ranging from $5–$30 million.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of experience in commercial construction, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Procore.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience managing commercial construction site activities.
• Excellent ability to communicate with clients, subcontractors and owners.
• Lean construction and pull planning experience is a plus.
• Strong safety track record and knowledge of codes and standards.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Design-build project delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field construction activities.
• Maintain rapport with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate design documents with field conditions.
• Develop work scopes and bid packages with PMs.
• Maintain construction schedule with PMs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and report progress.
• Prepare daily/weekly safety and progress reports.
• Enforce safety requirements and site security.
