Job summary

Big-D Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead a commercial ground-up project on-site in Colorado Springs. You will provide direction, accountability, and support to project teams, trade partners, and stakeholders while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating trades, managing inspections, and guiding the project team with Procore and Primavera, with travel and per-diem as applicable for a Temple project with The Church of

Qualifications

• Must have led LDS Temple construction projects, renovations, or expansions.
• Experience coordinating specialty trades and quality inspections.
• Strong finish work background.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, quality, schedule, production, logistics and coordination.
• Represent the company in meetings with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate and direct all subcontractors and vendors.
• Set goals with the project team and develop accountability.
• Ensure productivity, material/equipment efficiency, and contract performance.
• Coordinate inspections with city officials from day one.
• Verify subcontractor scope completion and progress.
