Job summary

Aventura Healthcare Group seeks a Traveling Chef Manager to lead culinary operations across multiple healthcare communities in Ohio. You will travel between facilities, coach kitchen teams, and ensure high-quality, nutritious meals while maintaining safety standards.

You will supervise menu execution, training, and compliance with healthcare dietary needs, textures, and allergen management. A rewarding, mission-driven role with travel between sites.

Qualifications

Must have strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Experience leading culinary teams across multiple sites.
Knowledge of healthcare dining standards and dietary needs.
ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multisite culinary operations across healthcare communities.
Coach Executive Chefs and kitchen staff; ensure quality and safety.
Standardize recipes, presentation, and service across locations.
Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
Train staff in cooking techniques, sanitation, and portion control.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and dietary restrictions.
