The ideal candidate will have healthcare exposure, a passion for hospitality, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach to kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency across all meals and services.

Qualifications

• Lead staff with clear communication and composure.
• Willing to work 50–55 hours per week with flexible schedules.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with state standards.
• Healthcare experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Do whatever it takes to deliver safe, high‑quality meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep station clean and organized, following safety practices.
• Assist with kitchen organization and food orders.
• Provide relief to the Dietary Manager when needed.
• Restock items as required during shifts.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
