Job summary

The Traveling Chef Manager role with Corporate Chefs and Lancer Hospitality involves traveling across the Twin Cities area to provide on-site leadership and full BOH management. You will drive production, staffing, inventory, and food safety while delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

• 3+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience (Executive Chef, Chef Manager, Food Service manager or similar).
• Strong background in multi-unit or high-volume foodservice operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations during transitions, PTO, vacations, or vacancies.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance across accounts.
• Coach and mentor kitchen teams; onboarding and performance coaching.
