Bonaventure Senior Living is seeking a Traveling Care Coordinator to support health services operations across our senior living communities. The role involves leading teams, stabilizing processes, and traveling regionally to assist multiple locations while some communities allow daily home travel.

The position emphasizes improving resident care, staff training, and adherence to policies and quality standards within Bonaventure’s senior living environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading healthcare or resident care departments.
• Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and implement effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn Bonaventure's policies, state regulations, and quality standards.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (regional travel required).
• Excellent driving record - travel required across a regional area.
• English language proficiency required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Analyze systems and outcomes and keep documentation for consistency and quality.
• Review resident charts and care plans to identify strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with community teams to develop solution-oriented improvement plans.
• Maintain quality assurance documentation and audit programs.
• Train staff on best practices, policies, and compliance procedures.
• Oversee corrective and preventative action plans.
• Organize and manage documentation systems for accuracy and accessibility.
