• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule care staff.
• Coordinate and monitor services via service plans.
• Update care plans and review plans and charges with residents and families.
• Provide hands-on training and support to medication aides and caregiving staff.
• Alert the Registered Nurse Consultant on changes of condition.
• Conduct audits of the medication administration program for accuracy.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Model leadership and present professionally to residents and family members.
