Job summary

Bonaventure Senior Living seeks an Engaged Traveling Executive Director to guide luxury senior living communities across Oregon and Washington. You will lead diverse teams, drive occupancy, and ensure exceptional care and service in multiple communities.

You will travel between sites, recruit and mentor staff, manage budgets, and partner with sales to welcome new residents while maintaining high quality and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
• Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
• Ability to travel across Oregon and Washington.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
