Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees and meet budget/schedule.
• Maintain positive working relationships with management, owners, trades and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability to communicate with field labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for concrete schedules and operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management for project execution.
• Be on site to supervise all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure manpower and material expenditures align with the budget.
• Organize and schedule field labor to ensure performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for proper planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality of concrete work while controlling costs.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Capture and report field manpower time accurately.
• Monitor productivity and address delays with proactive solutions.
