B&B Concrete Contractors is seeking a Concrete Project Superintendent to lead on-site concrete operations, ensure schedule adherence, and manage the project budget. The role requires coordinating with operations and project management to optimize manpower and resources while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in concrete construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work closely with subcontractors and field crews

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise field crews and meet budget and schedule.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• On-site supervision and coordination with subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure that the budget is followed in terms manpower productions and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule the field labor and ensure they are performing as required.
• Coordinates with other subcontractors and ensures proper planning and work harmony.
• Ensure that quality is preserved in the concrete construction process and that the budget is maintained.
• Tracking and reporting project progress on a daily and weekly basis.
• Tracking and accurately capturing/reporting time for the field manpower they oversee.
• Continuously monitor productivity and percentage complete, identifying problems and potential delays, and provide solutions to overcome delays or challenges.
