Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise crews within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications/coordination with Project Management for project execution.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence for manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure planning and harmony of work.
• Maintain quality in concrete construction and budget control.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Record and report field manpower time accurately.
• Monitor productivity and address delays with effective solutions.
