Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Floater Behavioral Aide to support students aged 5-22 with behavioral and learning needs across multiple school sites in Fair Oaks, CA. This full-time role follows school hours and includes travel within the region.

You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide tailored instructional support, and reinforce positive behaviors using ABA techniques. Travel is a central part of the job, with 30+ miles one-way travel expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background clearance (DOJ/FBI Live Scan) and TB clearance required.
• 18+ years old and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of IEPs and BIPs across school sites.
• Provide individualized instructional assistance tailored to student needs.
• Travel to multiple school sites (30+ miles one-way) within the assigned region.
• Respond to crisis situations using established intervention strategies.
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, transportation and breaks.
• Engage students in recreational and educational activities.
