Job summary

WoodTrust Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller) to serve customers at the teller line across multiple Wisconsin branches. The role requires processing transactions, handling cash accurately, and traveling between WoodTrust locations as needed to provide teller coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments).
• Balance cash drawer at start and end of each shift.
• Verify customer ID and follow security procedures to prevent fraud.
• Educate customers on bank products and digital tools; assist with account maintenance.
• Refer customers to specialists for loans or investments; support branch operations.
• Travel to other WoodTrust locations to provide teller coverage.
