Queenstown Bank is seeking a Customer Service Associate (Bank Teller) for a traveling role handling customer transactions across branches in Maryland. You will greet customers, process deposits and withdrawals, and help with loan payments while promoting digital services and fraud awareness.

The position emphasizes building relationships, working with teammates, and complying with bank policies to deliver exceptional service at every location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including database and Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented with good math and currency counting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions accurately and per policy.
• Develop relationships and refer customers to representatives for products and services.
• Educate customers on digital services and security solutions.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to meet goals and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.
