Job summary

Queenstown Bank is seeking a Customer Service Associate (Bank Teller) who travels to branch locations across the region. You will greet customers, process deposits and withdrawals, and help customers with loan payments while delivering friendly, accurate service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, cash handling or customer service experience, and solid computer skills. Travel pay is included; comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Strong computer skills including database and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented with basic math and currency counting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions accurately.
• Develop relationships and refer products to customers as appropriate.
