The ideal candidate has five plus years of experience as a superintendent or foreman, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage daily diaries, and report progress to the project manager.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as superintendent/foreman on tilt-up construction projects.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and safety policies.
• Current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award meetings and receive project details for preplanning.
• Plan and organize construction activities, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Direct and control project to meet specifications and schedule, ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate with project manager, architects, and owners for approvals and progress.
• Manage subcontractors to integrate their work with project schedules.
