Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead training and daily operations across Austin area locations. You will mentor front and back-of-house teams, ensure adherence to procedures, and drive high standards in a fast-paced, bakery-focused environment.

The role requires 7 years in restaurant management, 2+ years bakery experience, and strong leadership and communication. Flexible hours, including weekends, are expected to support store openings and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in restaurant management and/or hospitality.
• Bakery experience required (2+ years).
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of restaurant systems (ALOHA/CTUIT) and MS Office; strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor team members to meet high standards.
• Lead daily operations and store openings in Austin area.
• Conduct on-the-job training and audits for new hires and managers.
• Monitor inventory and control costs across locations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food-handling certifications and policies.
