Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a Management professional in Austin, TX to oversee training and daily store operations across multiple locations. This role requires coordinating training sessions, coaching teams, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive restaurant management experience, including bakery operations, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in restaurant management/hospitality is required.
• 3 years restaurant management experience, plus 2 years bakery experience is required.
• Strong training and development skills with ability to conduct workshops.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-the-job training for new hires from managers to franchisees.
• Leads training programs and audits for new store openings and ongoing operations.
• Develops and mentors team members to ensure certification and task execution.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures and supports store leadership.
