Job summary

Arboreal Management seeks a reliable Multi-Site Apartment Cleaner to join our property maintenance team in Seattle. This full-time role involves traveling between apartment communities, keeping vacant units, common areas, and amenity spaces clean and move-in ready.

You will manage a dynamic route across sites, follow safety guidelines, and coordinate with property managers to ensure timely turnovers and high-quality cleaning across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of cleaning experience in residential, commercial, or apartment settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort with moving between multiple sites and following site checklists.

Responsibilities

• Travel between 6+ apartment communities on a weekly route; mileage reimbursed.
• Perform full move-out/make-ready cleaning of vacant units (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, windows, fixtures).
• Clean and maintain common areas (leasing offices, lobbies, hallways, laundry, fitness centers, pools, mailrooms).
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces per property standards.
