Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a reliable Traveling Cleaner to service multifamily and commercial properties across Kitsap County. You will perform cleaning tasks in units and common areas, ensuring a welcoming, pristine environment for tenants and clients.

The role requires traveling between sites, strong independence, and excellent communication with property teams. The position offers full-time hours, in-person work, up to 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime and bonuses

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multifamily cleaning or similar.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kitsap County; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication with property teams and clients.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily across Kitsap County between properties.
• Perform cleaning tasks in common areas and units.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, offices, and common areas.
• Conduct periodic deep cleans (carpet shampooing, window cleaning, floor scrubbing).
• Maintain supplies and organize cleaning equipment and reports.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Log work orders and time records.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
