Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County is seeking a Child Care Group Leader to foster a fun and safe environment for children before and after school. The ideal candidate will implement engaging programs focused on academic enrichment and character building. You will also act as a mentor and role model.

This part-time position requires flexibility, a passion for working with youth, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $18.00-$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of verified experience in care and supervision of children.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behaviors.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and leading after school programs.
• Ensure safety of Club members.
• Act as a mentor/role model for school-aged youth.
